As a Regional Sales Associate at Leoceros, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving business growth within the Gulf region. You will be the face of our agency, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their design and creative needs, and presenting tailored solutions that showcase the full range of Leoceros’ services.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    – Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients within the Gulf region.
    – Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their creative and design requirements.
    – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    – Execute the strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue targets.
    – Generate and qualify leads, including cold calling and networking, to expand the client base.
    – Create compelling proposals and presentations that align with clients’ creative goals and Leoceros’ capabilities.
  • Product Knowledge:
    – Maintain a deep understanding of Leoceros’ design and creative services.
    – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and market gaps.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    – Collaborate with Leoceros’ design and creative teams to ensure proper project delivery.
    – Communicate client feedback, expectations, and project requirements effectively to internal teams.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    – Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
    – Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on regional sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a creative or design agency.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of creative and design processes.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

 Contract Type

  • Fixed term contract with 3 months of probation period
