We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will support our sales team in administrative and operational tasks, helping to drive growth in our target markets. This position is ideal for someone early in their career looking to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize sales materials, presentations, and documents.
  • Maintain and update client information and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule follow-up meetings and calls.
  • Send out thank-you notes and follow-up emails after client interactions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents by coordinating with different departments.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client contracts and agreements.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive client experience and promptly addressing their needs.
  • Research potential clients, market trends, and competitors to support the sales team’s efforts.
  • Identify and compile a list of potential clients, particularly in Lebanon and the NGO sector.
  • Assist in generating leads through various channels.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and quotes.
  • Track and follow up on pending proposals and contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all client data is accurately entered and maintained in the CRM system.
  • Support the marketing team with the implementation of sales campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a digital agency or a related industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape and an understanding of the unique needs of NGOs is preferred.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

 Contract Type

  • Fixed term contract with 3 months of probation period
