About Save the Children

Save the Children has been working in Lebanon since 1953 and transitioned to Save the Children International in 2012. For more than six decades, Save the Children has used rights-based approaches to increase access for children, adolescents and youths to quality education, and to strengthen child participation and protection at the family, school and community levels. Save the Children supports families to meet their basic needs, including adequate shelter, and facilitates market driven livelihoods opportunities for youth and caregivers. Save the Children empowers civil society in Lebanon in times of peace and conflict to respond to the needs of all children.

This campaign celebrates 70 years of Save the Children’s impact in Lebanon. It highlights the milestones, initiatives, and lasting influence the organization has had on children, families, and communities over seven decades.

The key challenge was to creatively showcase Save the Children Lebanon’s long history, emphasizing the depth and variety of its work over the years. The design needed to reflect both the organization’s legacy and its ongoing commitment
to the future of children in Lebanon.

Leoceros addressed this by designing a vibrant and dynamic social media campaign, blending past and present narratives. The visuals capture key moments and achievements, using powerful imagery and storytelling techniques that celebrate the organization’s impactful 70-year journey.

The campaign successfully engaged a wide audience, raising awareness and further solidifying Save the Children Lebanon’s position as a key advocate for children’s rights and welfare. The posts sparked conversations and brought attention to the significant contributions made to Lebanon’s children over the past seven decades.
